It transforms from a lightweight oil to a milky consistency that washes away with no leftover residue, making cleansing hassle-free.
As centella asiatica features high up the INCI list, this cleansing oil offers the benefits of fresh, hydrated, non-irritated, and calm skin. This is great for rosacea-prone skin.
5. Kaine Kombu Jelly Oil Cleanser

The Kaine Kombu Jelly Oil Cleanser is a vegan cleanser with a unique tri-phase process, as it transforms from a jelly to an oil to a milky texture. While this isn’t strictly just an oil-based cleanser, it has a fun creamy oily consistency, and it still performs as a first cleanser.
The cleanser quickly and easily lifts any SPF or lingering grease on the skin and rinses away conveniently. However, this cleanser works a bit harder than others in this list to remove makeup, so this is one for no-makeup days. It makes skin feel hydrated and look bright after using it. Plus, it has a lovely refreshing sensation!

It easily lifts any lingering product on the skin, and there’s no oily residue leftover after you rinse it away. This lovely cleanser leaves skin nourished, calm, fresh, and glowy.
7. Veganifect Clean and Glow Green Barley LHA Deep Cleansing Oil

The Veganifect Clean and Glow Green Barley LHA Deep Cleansing Oil is vegan and provides mild exfoliation. It contains LHA, which is a derivative of salicylic acid that’s designed to provide gentle exfoliation, without irritation. As you wash off the cleansing oil, it means the exfoliating ingredients don’t sit on the skin, which can be sensitising for certain people or those with a damaged skin barrier.
