The formula gives a blurred, soft lip effect, which is natural and very comfortable. You can smudge it out further for even softer look. 🌸 The Volume Lip Plumper Maxi is a go-to if you want plump, full-looking lips. This one really tingles, but it leaves a stunning glossy, juicy lip with a hint of pink. It’s versatile and looks great with any makeup look. 🌸 The Romantic Blush Highlighter in 03 Sugar Frost is a pretty pearlescent pink highlighter that’s beautiful as a pink blush topper. I think this would apply best by tapping the stick highlighter with your fingertips and using them to lightly pat the product into your skin, as applying it directly can disrupt any base products you’re wearing.
