How to use the hair spray
Using this hair thickener couldn’t be easier! It just takes 3 simple steps:
1. Using the precision nozzle, spray the product on wet, damp, or dry hair at the roots.
2. Comb the product through your hair to evenly distribute the product. Let it dry. You can either air dry or use a hairdryer.
3. Style as usual.

The Better Not Younger Lift Me Up Hair Thickener is fantastic. This is the cheat code to fuller, thicker, and more voluminous hair in seconds.
Firstly, the bottle is fab. It’s lightweight, and the precise nozzle means you can really target your entire scalp or the areas of your hair where you want a more lifted look. The mister itself is very fine, so it distributes the product evenly.
Once applied, the spray is non-sticky, combs through strands effortlessly, and doesn’t leave behind any weird residue or flakiness. It’s completely undetectable, both in terms of look and feel.
I don’t think this spray makes my hair feel particularly moisturised, shiny, or healthier, However, it 100% makes my hair look instantly fuller, which is what I was hoping for.
I’ve tried this hair spray on both wet and dry hair, and I think it delivers the most impact on dry hair.
On wet hair, it definitely gives my hair more lift and a slightly fuller appearance. It also prevents my hair from becoming greasy as greasy as usual.
On dry hair, this instantly gives my hair volume and a visibly thicker appearance. It also changes the texture of my hair from being slippery to actually feeling fuller and like it has more grip. This is perfect for styling, especially if I wanted to curl my hair, as the texture change would help the curls last longer. The additional volume lasts for a good 6 hours before gradually dropping. However, you could easily top it up throughout the day, as the spray is very easy to apply.

I love this product and can’t recommend it enough. It’s definitely one of the most effective hair-thickening products I’ve ever tried.

You can buy the Lift Me Up Hair Thickener directly from Better Not Younger. It costs $37/£29.70 for 180ml.
While the product is worth the splurge, shipping to the UK costs an eye-watering $30/£24.08, which frankly makes it unviable. I’d never spend that much on shipping for a hair spray! However, shipping fees are much cheaper in the US, so this is definitely an option for my US readers.
