Hi Rosie,

Thanks for your comment. The Midnight Recovery Concentrate still holds a special place in my heart as I still love the night-time oil. I’ve not tried the Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution, so I’m not 100% sure how effective it is. If there is a smaller bottle, you could try that first! I’m sure Kiehl’s are great with samples too, so you could always go to your nearest store and see if you could pick up a sample first before buying it 🙂

Thank you so much for sharing. I love Kiehl’s products too 🙂 I have tried the midnight recovery concentrate too and I must say it’s one of the best serums I am using for sure. Quick question: have you tried the Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution ? I have recently got some dark spot on my face from sun tanning. I am not sure if I should buy it because it’s quite pricey? I have seen some positive review but I am still debating.

Your advice or comments would be much appreciated 🙂

You should try the ultra facial cream by Kiehl’s, it is one of the best face cream i have ever used , and works so well for the dry skin beauties. Can’t wait to try your recommendations from kiehl’s.

Kiehl’s employees work collaboratively to reach monthly sales goals; however, they are trained in their products and are highly qualified to recommend an alternate product based on a customer’s skin concern. Keep in mind one is rarely disappointed in a Kiehl’s product! In the event a customer tries something new and is disappointed in the results, the product can easily be returned or exchanged. Kiehl’s stands behind their amazing products!

Never, ever buy a gift card from Kiehl’s! I purchased a gift card in store and a few months later, tried to use it to make a purchase at the same store that the card was purchased.. The store manager told me that there was a 0 balance on the card despite that it was evident that the card had not been used (the rub-off strip with code was intact) and I produced the original receipt for card purchase. She believed that an error occurred when they loaded the card, however, I was advised that only the corporate office could resolve the issue. At my request, the manager sent a photocopy of the card and my receipt to Kiehl’s corporate office and she assured me that the problem would be resolved in 7-10 days. I never heard back. I called the corporate office customer service and no progress had been made toward restoring the card. I was told it would take time for the gift card investigation team to make a determination and that they were backlogged with many requests. So I called once every other week to follow up. After 2 months, I finally received a call from customer service that I could return to the original store and reclaim my card. My advice is to NEVER purchase a gift card at Kiehl’s. If there is ever a problem, it may take a great effort and time to resolve. Needless to say, I used the card the same day and will not be returning.

Hi everyone! Kiehl’s Addict here as well!
Thanks for the review, I found some products I’ve never tried and that I’ll definitely get some samples of (to start) this brand has never disappointed and like you said might be pricey but worthy because they’re lasting and honestly my skin has never been so even, bright, hydrated and good-looking, it has even helped with the texture which I never even thought possible.
I do have a question for you guys: do you know how Kiehl’s employees’ rewards or goals work? I’ll explain further, so today I walked into my usual boutique and a representative approached me, I was only looking to buy a new toner because I ran out. I got the calendula one as my skin tends to be reddish and the calendula mask has worked like magic for me. But the employee said that she would advise for me to get the cucumber one instead, she went on about how it would fulfill my needs better and so on. And so I got the cucumber one because I’m weak. And now I’m sitting at home wondering if that was an honest, truthful advise or if she only sold me that one because she had to, to meet a goal or to reach an objective. I guess the overall question is: can Kiehl’s employees really be trusted to give imparcial advise? Thanks for your answers!

I’ve not used Kiehl’s before, but I think I might give it a go! I definitely have dry skin, especially now it is winter. Is there a product that you think would be best for me? Love the review.

I absolutely love Kiehls too and am an avid user of the midnight recovery concentrate and the ultra facial cream, which I love to use as my everyday moisturiser! I suffer with really stubborn blackheads too, so I think I’ll have the try the Micro-peel! Thanks for the review!
