In reply to Liz. I agree! They always say get 40% off if you give your email and phone number. I've been seeing "40%" off for months. It's a marketing scheme. I'm glad I read all the comments here because I was about to order from them.

I agree the company is a scam!!! They say on their site “no question returns”, and under their FAQS- on how to return the product, to “Just ask and a prepaid postage will be supplied”. It states cancel “within” 60 days, but when I did they stated I had to use for a complete 60 days to qualify for a return, and then sent out another order at 6wks. They make it almost impossible to login to your acct or manage/cancel the subscription, as a link has to be sent to your email to even have access to your acct, and it typically doesn’t even send the link and switches to getting a discount offer. Also, within their FAQS info they stated they don’t issue returns for used products, and per customer service they require use for 60 days to qualify for a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Hi, I tried this and had a neutral experience. Ive tried to contaxt them to cancel my subscription and my email gets kicked back. Theres no other contact method, did you have issues with this?

The actual ingredients in the products you’ll receive are not the same as advertised. They claim it’s a labeling issue but have received 7 balms all with the same ingredients. They will not escalate my inquiry for resolution. The clear case of bait and switch. They advertise expensive ingredients but you’ll get thistle oil as the primary ingredient, NOT Comfrey as advertised. Buyer beware!!

Norse Organics and their sister company Froya Organics should be looked at with skepticism. Their product claims are wildly overstated, their constant “sale price” — SAVE 40% — is actually illegal because the product is ALWAYS 40% off. And always about to sell out.

I don’t think their products are harmful but they are no better than any other all natural products. In fact, the company behind these brands, DTC Vikings, is a marketing company that is looking for products they can sell directly to consumers. This is NOT a company that has invested in years of skin care research or clinical trials. There are no trials. Just anecdotal reports from “customers.”

What I most object to is their money-back guarantee. You MUST use their product for 60 days AND submit photographic proof along the way to get a refund. So if you are one of those people who has a problem with their products (and all-natural does NOT mean that it is non-irritating), you’re out of luck.

I just bought Norse Organics for my 13 year olds acne. It's been a week and it works, hands down. Even after the 1st night, he said, "Dad look, is working. " as he pulled his hair up to show his forehead. Yes, the Amazon one is a scam. Only reason I'm here is because when I was his age I also suffered and I wanted to see what other people are saying about it and also wanted to see if I could get it cheaper, because we will be reordering and subscribing.
